I started this project months and months ago. I’ve seen others that are similar but most have focused on the aspect of litter, or harm to animals that this new world of masks has. I chose to instead focus on people. But what people you might ask? The people that lost their lives to the coronavirus disease. I’ve heard so many differing opinions in the last year. It’s all a hoax. It’s a political scheme. I’m young, I won’t get it. I’m healthy so it doesn’t matter. Well I’m here to remind that it DOES MATTER. 2.79 million people have died. That’s no small number and it didn’t affect just “old people” it took the lives of grandparents, parents, sons, daughters, sisters, brothers, people of ALL ages, genders, and ethnicity.
My dad who currently resides in New York always reminded me how serious it was when he would say “when all you see on the news is them piling bodies into freezers trucks every night for weeks, it matters.” Remember their names.
