The connection between a mother and child is pure magic.  I believe it to be one of the strongest connections humans can have, and I think that connection only grows stronger when skin to skin bonding is embraced.  Through this project I have been able to witness that special connection between mothers and their babies.  I have also listened to them as they have shared the wonder of that skin to skin connection and how it slowly disappears as those babies grow.  I have recently also become a mother and being able to be so intimate and close with my daughter really does feel like the most perfect magical moment that I can feel in this earth life.
